Welcome to Juridica Consulting Inc., a Montreal-based legal research company providing research, analysis and drafting services for law firms and in-house legal departments who need periodic assistance to fill a gap in knowledge or supplement internal resources.

My name is Linda Jensen and I own and operate the company. With several years of experience as a litigator and research lawyer, including five at a major Canadian law firm, I know the importance of having reliable, up-to-date information about the state of the law before going into court, advising a client, or making crucial business decisions. I also know the value of a compellingly written argument or a well-crafted opinion, and have dedicated my practice to providing clients with this kind of timely and high quality material.

I created Juridica because research and writing are what I enjoy doing. My objective is to work in partnership with you to supplement your expertise and help you better serve your clients.
